Andrew is an Occupational and Environmental Health specialist with more than twenty years’ consulting experience across the oil, gas, and mining sectors, supporting organisations including Sasol, TotalEnergies, Anglo American, Gold Fields, Exxaro, and Harmony. His work integrates occupational health, occupational hygiene, and environmental health into defensible risk management systems that protect workforce wellbeing while safeguarding corporate balance sheets. A central component of my advisory role involves conducting structured cost–benefit analyses that quantify the financial implications of exposure risks, control interventions, litigation exposure, compensation liabilities, regulatory penalties, and operational disruption. By converting exposure data into evidence-based capital and operational decisions, he enables boards and executive teams to manage health risk not as a compliance cost, but as a measurable financial risk prevention strategy.
