1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a course or using the Skillsbridge Training website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration and Payment
- Invoicing: All course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of training unless a corporate credit agreement is in place.
- Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust pricing, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the original quoted rate.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations by Learner: Cancellations made more than [7] days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus a [10%] admin fee.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within [3] days of the course date are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.
- Non-Attendance: No-shows are liable for the full course fee.
4. Intellectual Property
All training materials, including slides, manuals, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Skillsbridge Training. These materials are for individual use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without written permission.
5. Certification
- Certificates of Completion or Competency will only be issued once full payment is received and all assessment requirements are met.
- For SETA-accredited courses, certification timelines are subject to external verification schedules.
6. Limitation of Liability
Skillsbridge Training is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our training services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
